The Chief Executive Officer has signed a definite term contract with certain of the Founding Shareholders detailing the terms of his employment and agreed remuneration. The contract will be transferred to the Company upon its incorporation.

Members of the senior Management will enter into fixed-term contracts with Saudi Re which will set out the terms of their services and their remuneration.
