The Company has nominated Mousa Abdulkarim Al-Rubaian for the post of Chairman and Nouhad Taleb for the post of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Al-Rubaian was the first Chief Executive Officer of NCCI and during his tenure that spanned over 19 years he led NCCI to become the largest insurance company in the Arab world. Mr. Taleb spent 25 years with General Cologne Re and was the Chairman of their Beirut operations.

Their nominations show Saudi Re's commitment towards a value-driven corporate culture. Saudi Re is also in the process of appointing other key members of the management team and believes that its experienced management team and workforce will enable it to stay at the forefront of innovation and equip the Company to respond to the rapidly developing needs of insurance market in the Kingdom. In order to retain this advantage and further enhance it, Saudi Re will introduce and implement employee retention strategies and policies.
