Saudi Reinsurance Company (“Saudi Re”) is a Saudi joint stock company, founded in Riyadh in 2008 and is the first reinsurance company established in Saudi Arabia. The full legal name is “Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Company”.

Saudi Re offers life and non-life reinsurance products under the purview of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). These products are offered on both a facultative and treaty basis in most classes of business, both in Saudi Arabia and throughout the Arab world.
