Saudi Reinsurance Company "Saudi Re" is a Saudi joint stock company under formation.

The Company will offer both life and non-life reinsurance products under the purview of The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), the principal agency responsible for the application and administration of the Insurance Law and its Implementing Regulations. The reinsurance products will be offered for both treaty and facultative types of reinsurance in all classes of business.

Following completion of the IPO and the conclusion of the Constituent General Assembly, an application will be submitted to the Minister of Commerce and Industry requesting the announcement of the incorporation of the Company. The Company will be considered duly incorporated as a joint stock company from the date of issuance of the Resolution of the Minister of Commerce and Industry declaring its incorporation.
